How roadside assistance works

• Call the roadside number on your Franconia Service Center Rewards card
• Provide your phone number, and for towing within 25 miles of the shop we bring it right to us
• Coverage per occurrence: up to $100 local, up to $150 nationwide

Automatic renewal

Your roadside benefits renew for another year automatically when you service your vehicle with us at least twice in the previous 12 months, spending a minimum of $500. It is our way of rewarding the neighbors who trust us with their cars.
